How We’re Launching Missional Communities

Our long awaited missional communities¬†are starting! The first few months of 2017 have brought several exciting new “firsts” for Saint Mo’s. Two Months In

Two Months In

A lot has happened at Saint Mo’s since our official launch, just less than 2 months ago.

We spent 3 weeks unpacking our Core Values once more, this time discovering how each one of the values grows naturally out of the main movements of the Christ event (e.g. Hope from the Resurrection).

Next, we jumped into a study of Matthew’s Gospel that will last us through Easter, with a break for Advent, Christmas and January. Our sermons now are regularly available on the sermons page of the website.

Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.

- Dr Martin Luther King

Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye.

- H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

If it were not for guests all houses would be graves.

- Khalil Gibran

For in Christ, neither our most conscientious religion nor disregard of religion amounts to anything. What matters is something far more interior: faith expressed in love.

- Galatians 5:6

“Only slowly do the rays of the sun drive away the night and usher in a new day, and thus, only slowly does one become a perfect contemplative.”

- Saint Isidore

Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: What! You too? I thought I was the only one.

- C.S. Lewis
